Perfect camp in Linyanti

"Wilderness Kings Pool in the Linyanti is a wonderful camp with a fantastic staff. We were waited on like Royalty and the food can compare with any 4 star restaurant. Our tent was luxurious and looked over the Linyanti River, where we were treated to constant sighting of hippos. We also had a bush buck that liked to hang around outside our tent. Oris, our guide, made sure that we didn’t miss anything. All of our game drives were full of animals. We even got to see a lion chase away a leopard and steal its kill. Kings Pool is a perfect place to spend part of your Safari in Botswana."

Loved it

"We loved King’s Pool. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The location is outstanding — on a pond which was frequented by hippos, crocodiles and impala. The staff is outstanding — we absolutely loved our guide. (And he told us that Wilderness treats their employees very well, which shows.) The massage therapist is so attentive that when she realized I had something out of whack in my back she offered a free extra hot stone massage to address the issue. The game drives were great. Everything was outstanding. We left Africa BIG fans of the Wilderness properties."

Love this Wilderness camp in Linyanti

"Kings Pool was our 1st stop in Botswana and it was wonderful. Beautiful accommodations right on the Linyanti river a stone’s throw away from Namibia. Excellent food and service, but the real highlight was our guide and amazing game drives. Our first sighting was 2 male lions passing within 2 feet of our jeep and proceeded to roar across the river to a competing pride. We saw so much game-elephants in the rive, black mamba fighting a slender mongoose and so much more!"
