Wondeful DumaTau

"This was our second time at DumaTau…we stayed in Little DumaTau which was a smaller version of the main…just lovely. This is elephant territory in Botswana. We had the privilege of spending time with the 6 ARMY BOYS…big male lions. The room at DumaTau is over the top..a beautiful sleep area…indoor outdoor shower (I think all camps have this) a lovely living room area and outdoor plunge pool. The main pool in between the two camps is fairly large and was great to use during the break when not in the plunge pool. The water activities are just fantastic. After 10 days of drives to spend time on the water was terrific. The barge is spectacular. The fast boat is great fun for the afternoon activity. Our guide SEE was so great… he is a guide now and at 10 years old participated in Wilderness’s Children in the Wilderness program. This is a wonderful charity and one we support. Conservation is a reason we always go back to the Wilderness camps… mostly in Botswana. This was out 7th trip."

Trip of a lifetime

"I visited this camp as part of my 65 birthday celebration. Having vacationed in Southern Africa many times over the past 20 years, I think this camp was my favorite of them all time. The elegance of the "camp", enthusiasm of the guide (Peter), quality of the food (Adrian) and the location along the river combined to make Little Duma Tau a magical experience. The sunset cruise to the lagoon provided the best sunset of my life. Peter's lecture about Botswana was insightful even for a seasoned traveler to the area. Thank you Faith, Peter, Adrian and the rest of the Little Duma Tau staff for a wonderful stay."

Perfect

"After many trips to southern Africa we have concluded that Little Duma Tau is the very best of over 20 camps we've been at - this is #1. Faith and staff have done a terrific job in organizing the operation, Adrian the new chef is top notch (food was simply delicious in all respects) and Peter is the ultimate guide especially for bird watchers (his father is author of Birds of Botswana) and his intern See also showing the same level of competence,"
