Accommodation

Toka Leya has a featherlight footprint on the environment. The airy and luxurious lounge, dining area, bar and pool deck, and 12 generous tented suites, are raised on wooden decks so as not to disturb the parade of wildlife. All offer wondrous views over the Zambezi River and the local hippos, crocs and elephants coming to drink. Three of the suites are family units with an extra bedroom.

With no large predators, it provides sanctuary to a variety of wildlife: notably Zambia’s only wild white rhino population. Toka Leya feels like a wildlife sanctuary in itself.
